Adjunct Professor Kevin D. Rosen teaches Cyber and Information Crimes in NSU Law’s Master of Science Program.

Kevin is a Senior Manager in Cyber Risk Services with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he advises institutional clients on cybersecurity, privacy, data security, and compliance with rules and regulations. Previously, Kevin was a partner at Shutts and Bowen, where he practiced securities and financial regulation, including anti-money laundering compliance, transnational financial cyber crime, cybersecurity, privacy, and digital assets. Additionally, Kevin served as Senior Regional Counsel with the Department of Enforcement and Associate Regional Director with Dispute Resolution at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and he served as Senior Attorney with the Florida Department of Banking and Finance.


Kevin is an International Association of Privacy Professionals Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a FINRA Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional (CRCP). Kevin has a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Florida.
