Join us and NSU Law for a special opportunity to become a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in open court on Monday, March 19, 2018. We will gather for a small reception Sunday evening and hold breakfast at the Supreme Court prior to having the swearing-in ceremony. Those in attendance will then be able to stay for Oral Argument.
The number of seats available for those attending is highly limited. In most cases, we will also be able to accommodate one additional guest.
To qualify for admission to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, an applicant:
- Must have been admitted to practice in the highest court of a U.S. jurisdiction for a period of at least three years immediately before the date of application;
- Must not have been the subject of any adverse disciplinary action pronounced or in effect during that three-year period; and
- Must appear to the Court to be of good moral and professional character.
