Professor Rojas is a tenured assistant professor in Civil Law at Roma Tre, where he teaches Economic Analysis of Law, Media Law, and Law and Literature. He also spent a semester as a visiting scholar at Yale Law School in 2006, where he spent academic year 2003-04 at the invitation of the Honorable Guido Calabresi, and served as an editor for the Yale Law and Policy Review.
Professor Rojas is an active admitted member in the Italian Bar and the New York State Bar. He has published two books, eight articles in Italian law texts and journals, and has served as an invited speaker at several conferences around the world.
