Adjunct Professor Solomon is the principal of Solomon Appeals, Mediation & Arbitration. She handles business-related litigation, appeals, mediation and arbitration. See SolomonAppeals.com.

Professor Solomon was the first attorney certified by The Florida Bar as both Appellate Specialist and Business Litigator.  She is still one of just a few dual-certified in those areas. She is a Member of the AAA’s Roster of Arbitrators (Commercial Panel), and is a Supreme Court Qualified and FINRA Chair-Approved Arbitrator. She is also a Certified Circuit, Appellate, and Family Mediator.

Professor Solomon serves on The Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions (Contract and Business Cases).  She is a former Chair of The Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee.

Professor Solomon is a Florida “Super Lawyer." She is AV Preeminent-rated by Martindale Hubbell and has an AVVO Rating of 10 out of 10. After graduating from the Shepard Broad College of Law at the top of her class, she clerked for Justice Barbara Pariente at the Fourth District Court of Appeal. Before law school, she was a CPA with an MBA in finance.
