Judi Jarvis is the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for RLH Corporation, a New York Stock-exchange listed company. She is responsible for overseeing the franchising of eight hotel brands in the United States and Canada, as well as general corporate work for the company and its subsidiaries, including RLabs, Inc., which offers technology solutions for independent hotels. Ms. Jarvis previously has taught Gambling Law, Legal Drafting, Legal Writing, and Securities Regulation at the College of Law and has presented and published papers on various topics, including identity theft, U.S. and international franchising, and raising capital for hospitality ventures.
