Lisa I. Glassman is the founding member and director of her own law firm, Lisa I. Glassman, P.A., and
is vice president/CEO of A-1 Title & Escrow Inc. She has a diverse and extensive real estate/estate
planning practice with offices throughout South Florida.

Adjunct Professor Glassman began law school at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad
College of Law in 1992. Thereafter, she transferred to the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of
Law in which she graduated in 1995. At both Nova Law and Penn Law, she received numerous awards
and accolades, including The Dean Jefferson B. Fordham Human Rights Award which is awarded to
the student during the year who made the most outstanding contribution to the advancement of human
freedom and individual dignity.

Adjunct Professor Glassman began her own law practice in 2002 and has extensive experience
representing clients in residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, probate, and trust
administration matters. She focuses her practice on the representation of buyers and sellers
throughout Florida and zealously represents individual clients in residential and commercial real estate
closings and provides title insurance services. Adjunct Professor Glassman also handles the
administration of estates and assists clients with estate planning and probate matters.

Adjunct Professor Glassman has numerous professional activities and memberships. She holds a
Florida Real Estate salesman license since 1992 and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Real
Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. She was a founding member of the North
Dade & The Beaches Attorneys’ Real Estate Council and served as its President for several years.
She is now a director of the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Palm Beach. Adjunct Professor
Glassman serves as an executive board member and Membership Chair of the Parkland Chamber of
Commerce. She is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
