Adjunct Professor Brown is a practicing Associate Attorney at a law firm in Coral Springs, FL. Her practice is focused primarily in the area of complex construction litigation. Ms. Brown has also worked at a law firm in Boca Raton, FL where she practiced complex commercial litigation, construction litigation and civil litigation and has also worked in several private law firms since 2003.  She is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, Georgia and Washington, D.C. and is a member of various professional and legal organizations. Ms. Brown currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the TJ Reddick Bar Association, as well as her  local community association.  She received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was actively involved as a member in the Phi Delta Phi International Spellman Inn (Legal Honors Fraternity), Peter T. Fay Inn of Court, Caribbean Law Students Association, Public Interest Law Students Association, Black Law Students Association and served as an Ambassador of Student Bar Association. She was on the Dean's List and was a Dean's Merit Scholarship Award recipient.  While at St. Thomas University School of Law, Ms. Brown worked as a Law Clerk and was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Gisela Cardonne-Ely of the 11th Judicial Circuit and the Honorable Michael A. Robinson of the 17th Judicial Circuit.
