Attorney Courtney Jared Bannan is an experienced transactional and litigation attorney. Over the course of the last 15 years, she has practiced in all areas of business and finance, including franchise law, finance, FinTech, venture capitalism, merchant cash advances, commercial and consumer lending, corporate governance and structure, business compliance, Securities, real estate, entrepreneurial law, commercial litigation, complex business litigation, immigration, entertainment law, licensing law, software licensing law, employment law, cyber law, and professional responsibility. She is a well-seasoned litigation attorney who started her own law firm after working as managing attorney in the area of civil litigation.

Ms. Bannan has a specialized juris doctor degree with a concentration in International and Comparative Law which is instrumental when transacting business overseas or with foreign partners, particularly for businesses shipping to or receiving shipments from Asia. From drafting solid contracts to representing client’s in court for litigation, Ms. Bannan is a consummate professional and provides competent legal representation in many disciplines of law.

Ms. Bannan is General Counsel for Cardone Enterprises, which is a parent corporation for many entities including Cardone Capital, a private equity company with non-accredited and accredited investor funds. She is also Chief Legal Officer for Cardone Capital. Ms. Bannan has been an active adjunct law professor since 2011. Her knowledge of the law, coupled with her business acumen, have helped many businesses grow and thrive in South Florida.

Ms. Bannan is barred in the Supreme Court of Florida, The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, The United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. She is also a published author and contributor to many publications nationwide.

Ms. Bannan is a dedicated equestrian and yoga teacher in her free time.
