Jonathan I. Tolentino (JD 1999), was recognized by the Florida Bar with The Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award in January 2017. Tolentino was a founding member of the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Legal Clinic with the Legal Aid Service’s Collier Lawyers Care program. Tolentino is founding partner with Jonathan Tolentino, P.A. in Naples, FL focusing on real estate, bankruptcy and personal injury law.

1983

Roberta G. Stanley, with Brinkley Morgan, has been appointed the firm’s Managing Partner. Stanley’s role as Managing Partner will be to lead the firm’s long-term strategic plan, including marketing and growth initiatives, and oversee the general management of the firm.

Robin Moselle, with Rogers, Morris & Ziegler LLP in Fort Lauderdale spoke on client development, retention, and building client relationships at Nova Southeastern University College of Law as part of its mentoring program designed to help students transition from school to practicing attorneys.

Maria C. Mitropoulos-Gonzalez was honored with the 2016 “Honorable Hugh E. Starnes Community Service Award” by the Florida Chapter of The Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (FLAFCC) at the Orlando Conference in September 2016.

Joseph J. Nagy, has joined Kelley Kronenberg in Fort Lauderdale as a partner.

2003

Leticia Piloto-Rodriguez, has been appointed chief litigation officer of HotelPlanner.com.

2005

Jennifer C. Erdelyi, with U.S. Trust in Fort Lauderdale spoke on client development, retention, and building client relationships at Nova Southeastern University College of Law as part of its mentoring program designed to help students transition from school to practicing attorneys.

Charles Davant, with Sedgwick LLP in Miami, FL was elevated to partner.

2007

Annabella Barboza, board certified real estate attorney from Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, PLLC, was named to the Board of Directors of the Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council (BAREC). In addition to her role as Director, she serves as the Membership Committee Chair. The Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council is a networking, educational and support group for local real estate attorneys. The Council is part of the coalition of Attorneys Real Estate Councils of Florida which consists of 20 local real estate councils across the state.

Thomas P. Fabricio, was appointed to the Broward County Charter Review Commission.

2011

Marc A. Marra, joined Kelley Kronenberg in West Palm Beach. Marra focuses on assisting banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional, and litigation matters. He also handles the representation of condominiums and homeowner’s associations.

Liza Escapa Lima, is an attorney with the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals in Miami, FL.

Michelle K Suarez, has opened Odroniec Suarez, P.A. in Davie, FL. Suarez is a member of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar and a member of the NSU Law Alumni Association Broward Chapter.

2016
