Panelists include Todd Dupler, an attorney and Director of Government Relations for The Recording Academy in Washington D.C.; Joel Richard, Legislative Counsel for Congressman Ted Deutch; and Dan Warner, GRAMMY, Latin GRAMMY, and Emmy winning producer and guitarist.
