Michele N. Struffolino is a Professor of Law and the Associate Dean of Students at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She teaches Property, Professional Responsibility, and she has taught Legal Research and Writing. She also teaches Legal Reasoning Methods and Reasoning, Professional Communications, and the Independent Research Seminar for the On-Line Master of Science in Law Program. Prior to joining the faculty at NSU Law, Professor Struffolino taught Legal Research and Writing II (an appellate advocacy, research and writing course) to second year law students at New England School of Law. Professor Struffolino also lectured in the areas of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Constitutional Law for a Bar Exam Preparation Program offered at New England School of Law, Suffolk University Law School and Northeastern University School of Law. Professor Struffolino assisted students prepare for the multistate and essay portions of the bar exam as well as the Multistate Performance Test. Professor Struffolino has twenty years litigation and practice experience as a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the New Hampshire State and Federal Bars. Prior to joining the NSU Law faculty, she managed her own private practice. Her law firm offered assistance in civil and criminal litigation matters and real estate transactions. As a Certified Marital Mediator in Massachusetts, a Court Appointed Family Court Conciliator in Essex County, Massachusetts and a trained Collaborative Lawyer, Professor Struffolino was dedicated to providing litigation options to families in crisis.
