Timothy Shields is the Director of Enterprise Applications & Integrations. He is responsible for the management and coordination of development, training, maintenance and integration activities for IT services and systems. He is also responsible for customer-developed applications to facilitate the business processes of the firm and improve the end-user experience.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Timothy spent the majority of his professional career at Nova Southeastern University. Most recently, he was Director of CRM Solutions, tasked with implementing a university-wide software solution to manage the recruitment and admissions process. He also held several roles in the College of Education including serving as an Assistant Dean/Assistant Professor.

While Timothy worked as the Director of CRM Solutions, he decided to further his education by earning a law degree at NSU’s Shepard Broad College of Law, summa cum laude. Years prior, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, and Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Central Florida, and then went on to earn a Master’s in Computer Information Systems and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern.

Timothy is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and holds advanced certifications in Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and is a Black Belt Lean SixSigma.
