Adjunct Professor Rosner is a member of the South Broward Bar Association where he serves on its Board of Directors and is an Officer.  He is also a member of the Florida Bar Association’s Governmental & Public Policy Advocacy Committee, the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trusts & Estates Law, the Broward County Bar Association, the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, the Florida Land Title Association’s Government Affairs Committee, the Miami-Dade Bar Association, the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, and the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators.  He is also a former Vice-Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board and serves on the Board of Directors of St. John’s University School of Law’s Alumni Association. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Adjunct Professor Rosner has over 25 years of experience in handling all areas of civil litigation including but not limited to complex, commercial, real estate, probate, business, and title claims. Mr. Rosner is a sought-after mediator, arbitrator, and special magistrate. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, and Florida Department of Financial Services Mediator. As a recognized leader in his field, he is a frequent speaker and moderator on various legal and alternative dispute resolution-related matters.
