Education:

Mr. Celetti is a practicing attorney with a primary focus in Marital and Family Law, Domestic Violence Law, and Criminal Defense Litigation.  Mr. Celetti earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.   Mr. Celetti is an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. 

Mr. Celetti takes great pride in specializing in the needs of First Responders and Public Service Professionals across the State of Florida.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Celetti was a sworn Florida law enforcement officer with twenty years of service, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant.  Mr. Celetti specialized in crimes against people, investigating cases in the area of Homicide, Robbery, Domestic Violence, Sexual Battery, and property crimes.  Mr. Celetti has experience with coordinating complex forensic investigations domestically and internationally, including highly detailed collaborative coexistence with multidisciplinary local and federal agencies.  Mr. Celetti has testified in court on forensic investigation techniques and has extensive training in the areas of human behavior and deception detection. 

Mr. Celetti is a current member of the Broward County Bar Association and a current member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section.  In 2019, he was appointed to the Equitable Distribution Committee for the Florida Bar Family Law Section.  In his spare time, Mr. Celetti enjoys spending time with his family, his dogs, and any activity on the open ocean.
