Heddy Muransky has been an integral part of the Critical Skills Program at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law for the past 11 years. She is currently a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Southern Florida. Also, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Family Law Court Mediator. Heddy has published in the areas of school discipline, law school academic support and worker's compensation. She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law where she was a member of the Nova Law Review. Heddy earned a B.A. in Education from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Education and Counseling from the University of Missouri. Prior to entering law school, she taught in the Broward County, Florida School System and the Parkway, Missouri School System. In addition, she worked as a counseling therapist. Heddy came to the Critical Skills Program from practice in her own firm, practicing primarily in the area of health care law.
