Adjunct Professor Weintraub is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar. Since passing the construction law board certification exam, he has served as a board certification exam course instructor.
Consistently ranked among the top construction lawyers in Florida in surveys of attorneys and clients statewide, Adjunct Professor Weintraub has been recognized by Chambers USA-America's Leading Business Lawyers every year since 2003. He was also selected in the Best Lawyers in America every year from 2006 through 2015 and was selected by Florida Super Lawyers every year from 2007 through 2015. He served two terms as Chair of the Florida Bar's Construction Law Committee and chaired the Broward County Construction Law Committee. He is currently the chair of the Florida Council for Public/Private Partnerships. Adjunct Professor Weintraub serves on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Chapter of Construction Financial Managers Association.
