Adjunct Professor Swirsky is currently living in Nashville, Tennessee, working in country music journalism and artist relations.  Prior to moving to Tennessee, she practiced law from 2010-2014 and is admitted to the Bar in Florida, as well as the Southern District of Florida.  She worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Mark E. Polen at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, and practiced Civil Litigation, Condominium/Homeowner Defense, Employment Law, Personal Injury, and Family Law.

Adjunct Professor Swirsky served as a Shepard Broad College of Law Florida Bar Auxiliary Program (FBAP) Coach while residing in Florida, guiding many students to Bar Exam success.  She has also continued to work with the College of Law since her Bar admission as a Moot Court judge and Nova Law Review author.
