Henrique "Henry" Roman was born in Bronx, NY and raised in Homestead, FL. In 1993, he graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Thereafter, Henry graduated from Quinnipiac College School fo Law in Hamden, CT in 1996.

Henry is recognized as an AV-Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest possible rating awarded based upon excellence in legal ability and ethical standards and is listed in A.M. Best's Recommended Insurance Attorneys.

Since his admission to The Florida Bar, Henry has limited his practice to insurance defense including: Florida Workers Compensation, Auto, Property, and Employment Related matters. In addition, Henry provides representation in insurance coverage, commercial disputes, and serves as General Counsel to several corporations. Henry's representation includes litigation at the trial level through the appellate process. Henry has taken dozens of cases to trial along with several successful appeals.

Henry is a partner at Martinez Roman Goehl, PA , a statewide law firm specializing in Workers’ Compensation, Longshore and Harbor Workers’, and Employment defense with offices in Miami-Dade, Broward and Hillsborough Counties.

Henry is the current chair of the Broward County Bar Associations Workers' Compensation Section.

Henry is a State of Florida certified insurance instructor and is fluent in Spanish.
