Adjunct Professor Ernesto Cespedes is a tri-lingual (English-Spanish-Portuguese) Attorney and Supreme Court Civil Circuit Certified Mediator licensed in Florida experienced in Healthcare, Medical Malpractice Defense and Plaintiff claims. He has represented physicians and other related healthcare professionals in the areas of quality assurance, licensing and credentialing matters before various Boards. Additionally, he has counseled pharmacies and medical clinics throughout the tri-county area. He obtained his law degree from the John Marshall School of Law Chicago – University of Illinois. Mr. Cespedes was subsequently accepted into the prestigious and nationally recognized healthcare law program at the Beazley Institute for Healthcare Law & Policy at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Mr. Cespedes is a member of the Florida Bar, the Southern District Court of Appeals for the State of Florida, and Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
